Veritas Language Solutions has a strict policy of recruiting only the best linguists to undertake any project. We know that the art of translation is very much misunderstood and we understand that a poor translation can cause chaos, loss of revenue, embarrassment and loss of reputation. That is why our customers just keep coming back for more, our linguists are basically the best in the business.

We receive over 1000 applications every month from freelance specialists around the world, but accept under 10% of all applications, ensuring that we have only the 'crème de la crème'. We require them to have at least 5 years experience - excluding time spent at university - and to be specialist in a particular field.

We also require a degree-level qualification in translation or interpreting, and ask for references and sample documents on application. Under extreme circumstances, such as in the case of a specialist of 30 years in nuclear biology who is also bilingual, requirement for a translation degree may be waivered - this is because we prioritise knowledge of the sector above academic qualifications.

We consistently work with Engineering Consultants, Medical Doctors etc. whose experience is highly valued and respected, together with their linguistic skills and they always produce exemplary work on behalf of Veritas Language Solutions. Our linguists are proud to work with us as we highly respect the profession, after all, both Directors are qualified translators!

As Veritas Language Solutions' policy is to only professionally translate into one's native language, we look for translators and interpreters living in their native country, as we can then be certain they are still fully attuned to linguistic and cultural changes and are also aware of topical issues in that country. Our linguists are all highly passionate about language and culture, and are extremely hard workers. They produce high quality translations and always meet their deadlines.
