In the same way that doctors, nurses and researchers need to stay updated with this new terminology in order to provide a proper service, medical translators and interpreters must also be aware of new medical terms. What’s more, sometimes they even have to help come up with the appropriate term, and the translation itself can result in a new term. That’s a big challenge, and only professional translators are able to overcome it. We will keep insisting on the importance of this!
